1. Introduction Welcome to Pixel Presentation Design, LLC, a graphic design service provider. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services.
2. Services Provided Pixel Presentation Design, LLC offers the following services:• Presentation Design & Consultation• Photoshop Automation• Digital Design (web graphics, social media, etc.)• Logo Design• Branding and Identity• Print Design (brochures, business cards, etc.)• Digital• Other graphic design services as agreed upon
3. Project Scope Each project will have a defined scope, which will be agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additional services requested by the client that fall outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
4. Payment Terms • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the start of any project.• The remaining balance will be due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.• Payments can be made via Zelle to
jeff@pixelpd.com. We also accept Visa and MasterCard for an additional 5% fee.
5. Revisions • Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions within the scope of the project. Any additional revisions will be billed at a rate of $125 hourly.• Revisions must be requested within 1week time frame or after the initial design is presented or another time agreed by both parties.
6. Intellectual Property • Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final design. Pixel Presentation Design, LLC retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.• Preliminary designs and concepts remain the property of Pixel Presentation Design, LLC until full payment is made.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Either party may terminate the project with written notice. • If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit will be forfeited and any work completed will be billed at a rate of $150 per hour.
8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information without prior consent.
9. Limitation of Liability Pixel Presentation Design, LLC will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Presentation Design, LLC from any claims resulting from their use of the designs.
10. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado or the United States.
11. Amendments Pixel Presentation Design, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
12. Acceptance of Terms By engaging and agreeing to our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
